Audio Visual Equipment Rental in Hyderabad
Projectors, LED walls, screens, sound, wireless microphones, cameras and hybrid-meeting kit for conferences, seminars, corporate townhalls, training rooms and product launches — delivered, installed and run by our own technicians.
Complete AV setups for conferences, corporate events and hybrid meetings
Audio visual (AV) equipment is the projection, display, sound and camera gear that makes a presentation or event audible and visible to the room. For a corporate conference in Hyderabad that means the right projector or LED wall on stage, clear sound to every seat, wireless microphones for speakers, a podium and clicker, and — increasingly — a camera and livestream setup so remote attendees can join.
MARK Events supplies and operates all of it as one integrated setup. Rather than renting a projector from one vendor and sound from another, you get a single team that specifies the equipment for your room and audience, tests every signal path, installs it, and keeps a technician on site through the event. This is AV built for boardrooms, ballrooms, auditoriums, training rooms and hotel banquet halls across the city.
Who rents AV equipment in Hyderabad
Our AV clients are overwhelmingly corporate and institutional rather than exhibition-focused. They include companies running annual conferences and sales meets, IT and consulting firms hosting townhalls and hybrid all-hands, pharma and medical bodies running CME seminars, training and L&D teams equipping workshop rooms, and brands staging product launches that need livestream and multi-camera coverage. Hotels and convention venues also call us in to supplement in-house AV for large events.

When should you rent a projector instead of an LED wall?
Both put your content on the big screen, but they suit different rooms. A projector is cost-effective and excellent in controlled, dimmable rooms and for large image sizes on a budget. An LED wall is brighter, sharper and unaffected by ambient light, which makes it the better choice for well-lit stages, daytime events and premium productions.
| Factor | Projector + Screen | LED Video Wall |
|---|---|---|
| Ambient light | Needs a dim / controlled room | Bright even in full light |
| Cost | Lower | Higher |
| Image quality | Good in the dark | Sharp, high-impact |
| Best for | Seminars, training, budget events | Stages, launches, daytime & premium events |

What AV setup is recommended for your audience size?
A quick reference for matching display and sound to the room. We fine-tune these to your exact venue.
| Audience | Display | Audio | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 30 | Smart TV or interactive panel | Compact PA + 1–2 mics | Boardroom, training |
| 30–100 | Projector + screen or small LED | PA + wireless mics + podium | Seminar, meeting |
| 100–500 | LED wall or high-lumen projector | Line-array + mixer + engineer | Conference, townhall |
| 500+ | Large LED wall + confidence monitors | Full line-array + multi-mic | Ballroom, auditorium, launch |
Recommended AV packages
Most clients rent a complete configured package rather than single items. These are our most-requested combinations.
Projector or LED wall, screen, PA system, wireless & podium mics, clicker and an audio engineer.
LED wall, line-array sound, stage, lighting and confidence monitor for large all-hands.
LED wall, video switcher, PTZ cameras, livestream setup and audio mixer for a high-impact reveal.
Interactive display, speakers, wireless mic and clicker for workshops and L&D sessions.
What equipment is required for a hybrid event?
A hybrid event serves an in-room audience and remote attendees at the same time. The core kit is a PTZ or manned camera to capture the stage, an audio feed taken directly from the mixer (not a room mic) so remote sound is clean, a video switcher to cut between slides and camera, an encoder to stream to Zoom, Teams or YouTube, and a confidence monitor so the speaker can see remote participants. We supply and operate the full chain, and test the stream before doors open.
Boardroom vs ballroom AV: what changes
A boardroom needs a single clear display, a couple of microphones and compact sound — simple and fast. A ballroom or auditorium needs a stage-scale LED wall or high-lumen projection, line-array sound tuned for the room, multiple wireless mics, and usually confidence monitors and a technician at a control position. Matching the setup to the room is the difference between a presentation everyone can see and hear and one that struggles at the back.
Tested equipment, run by our own technicians
AV fails in front of an audience when gear is untested or unmanned. We prevent that with a fixed process:
- 1We own our core AV inventory — projectors, screens, audio, mics and cameras are our own stock, supplemented by vetted partner gear for specialised needs, so quality and availability stay in our control.
- 2Bench-tested before dispatch — every unit is powered up and checked before it leaves.
- 3On-site install & signal testing — we run and test every cable, projector, mic and stream on site before the event starts.
- 4Backup equipment on hand — spare projectors, mics and cabling are carried for critical events so a single failure never stops the show.
- 5Power & safety — we plan electrical load, use proper distribution and secure all cabling to venue safety norms.
- 6Technician for the full event — an operator stays at the console throughout so slides, sound and stream run without a hitch.

Audio visual equipment rental — FAQs
What is AV equipment?
AV (audio visual) equipment is the display, projection, sound and camera gear that makes a presentation visible and audible to an audience — projectors, LED walls, screens, PA systems, microphones, mixers, cameras and the switchers and cabling that connect them.
When should I rent a projector instead of an LED wall?
Rent a projector when the room can be dimmed and you want a large image on a budget — ideal for seminars and training. Choose an LED wall for well-lit stages, daytime events and premium productions where brightness and sharpness matter.
What AV setup is recommended for a 100-person conference?
For around 100 people, a high-lumen projector or a small LED wall with a screen, a PA system with two to four wireless microphones, a podium mic, a clicker and an on-site audio engineer covers the room comfortably.
Do you provide technicians with the equipment?
Yes. Every AV setup includes an on-site technician who installs and tests the equipment and stays at the console for the full event to run slides, sound and any livestream.
Can you set up a hybrid event with livestreaming?
Yes. We supply and operate the full hybrid chain — camera, clean audio feed from the mixer, video switcher, encoder and platform integration for Zoom, Teams or YouTube — and test the stream before the event begins.
Do you rent AV for corporate offices and hotels in Hyderabad?
Yes. We deliver and operate AV at offices, hotels and convention venues across HITEC City, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Banjara Hills and all major Hyderabad venues, including HITEX, HICC and T-Hub.
Is backup equipment available for important events?
Yes. For critical conferences and launches we carry spare projectors, microphones and cabling on site so a single equipment failure never interrupts your event.
